Purchase Policy

We regret to inform you that we are unable to hold items for customers. Once your purchase is confirmed, we kindly ask that you complete payment within 5 minutes. If you experience any difficulties or have any questions, please feel free to send us a DM—we will be more than happy to accommodate. However, please understand that uncommunicated order cancellations will result in being placed on our blacklist. Additionally, all confirmed orders are strictly non-cancelable and non-refundable.

All vintage sales are final, so please review items carefully before purchasing. Each piece is thoroughly inspected, measured, and described. Given the nature of pre-loved clothing, subtle signs of wear should be expected. If you need extra photos, precise measurements, or more details, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help!
